Pure, Natural Goodness

Our traditional, dairy-based ice creams are made from scratch with premium milk, cream, sugar, and eggs sourced from local, happy cows raised in the San Jacinto Valley. These cows are never treated with growth hormones like rBST, ensuring every bite is as pure as it is delicious. Our dairy ice creams are lactose-free*, but for those who prefer to skip dairy altogether, our vegan-friendly flavors are crafted from all-natural ingredients, offering the same level of indulgence without compromise.

Each flavor at Blue Scoop Creamery is a labor of love. From our original recipe cookies and candies to the rich sauces we whip up in-house, everything is designed to highlight the joy of handmade treats. We proudly partner with local businesses like Massey Honey Co. and Olson Family Farms to infuse our ice creams with the best of what our community has to offer. Supporting our neighbors is beneficial for the community and the secret ingredient to our unforgettable flavors.

It’s true, even our dairy flavors are lactose-free, but there are a few exceptions, including our flavors that include cream cheese and malted milk powder. These flavors unavoidably contain lactose as a result of the cream cheese. Please ask your scooper for more details.

How is that even possible? Keep reading! All of our ice creams are created with the addition of an all-natural lactase enzyme. Most of us produce this enzyme naturally inside our guts—those who are lactose intolerant do not. The lactase enzyme breaks apart the naturally occurring sugars found in dairy products, which makes them easier for the body to digest. Pretty cool, huh? We think so!

Now lets talk about how we color our flavors: Blue Scoop Creamery ice creams are made exclusively using all-natural colorings such as spirulina and purple carrots, relying on nature to give our flavors a color boost. However, some flavors do include off-the-shelf ingredients such as M&M’s that contain artificial colors. Please ask your scooper if you have any concerns about colorings or allergens.

Seasonal Favorites, Year-Round Delight

While our “Classics” are always available, we love to celebrate the seasons with rotating flavors. Our “Visitors” are inspired by what’s fresh and exciting. Whether it’s a fresh summer Peach or an Apple Butter Cheesecake in the fall, our ice cream menu is ever-evolving to keep our desserts sweet and surprising.
