At Blue Scoop Creamery, we’re passionate about giving back to the community that supports us. To that end, we love partnering with local schools and organizations through our fun, rewarding fundraiser programs.
Fundraisers That Give Back
Host your next fundraiser at Blue Scoop Creamery, and we’ll help you make it a success! Here’s how it works:
- Flexible Scheduling: Fundraisers are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 2:00–10:00 p.m. Choose either location to hold your fundraiser.
- Easy Earnings: We’ll donate 15 percent of sales back to your organization when guests mention your group—bumping it up to 20 percent if sales exceed $300!
- Custom Flyers: We’ll create a promotional flyer to help spread the word.
- Celebrity Guest Scoopers: Depending on your organization’s size, you may have a principal, teacher, or community leader join us for an hour of scooping to make your event more memorable. Little ones especially enjoy seeing their teachers or principals hand them some delicious ice cream!

Requests for Donations
While we don’t offer direct sponsorships, we’re happy to consider providing gift cards or scoop tokens to your non-profit’s fundraising efforts. Email us at info@bluescoop.com to share your event details. Please be sure to include your event date and your organization’s nonprofit Tax ID number. Requests require a minimum of 10 days to process.
